I bet the chapters do!
By tagging the section pages, you can make a right-side navigation system. Take a look at the Rochester, MN site which I've already done to see what I mean (Hi, Gerry!)
Here are the PDF instructions, written especially for the chapters, on how to set it all up.

You might mention that if the name of the webpage in your navigation list is not what you want, you need to go into "admin" mode, "check out" the webpage that you want to change the name, click on "info" (to the right of "preview"), then change the info "title" to the name that you want. Then "publish" to put the name change into effect.
This change is required because the webpage "title" is different from the info "title" which is used in the navigation list.
Also, after you set up the right-side navigation with your webpages listed in a specific order, any follow-on "published" change to a webpage will automatically put the name of that webpage at the top of the right-side navigation list, thus changing your "original" sequence.
